Greetings From the USA!
Dear Victors,

Praise the Mighty Name of Jesus!  God is so good and His mercies endure forever and ever!

It has been a week in the US.  I have to say I really missed being a Victory last week.  Every time I leave the country, we always make the effort to be back to Tokyo so that we can be at church on Sunday.  This trip I felt I needed to spend some time with my extended family in the US, so it has been longer than I liked.  I really missed you all but was so happy to hear that you had a great service with a powerful worship and message.

It has been a productive trip here in the US.  I have been to three states.  Oregon, Washington and this week I spent in California.  I will be leaving San Jose driving down to San Francisco and flying home soon. California definitely has beautiful weather.  The temperature is just right at about 20-23 degrees.

My trip has been busy, but I have been able to see some beautiful nature, meet many people, and even have some nice food.  I even got a chance to briefly visit that Winchester House that I shared on when I preached several months back.

I visited a church on Sunday, but had to leave the service and wait in the lobby because the message the pastor was preaching was confusing to people and Biblically inaccurate.  I was so disappointed that luke-warm churches that compromise the truth even actually exist.  But the book of Revelation says in the last days we will see many of them.  As a church, we will make sure that Victory is always spiritually hot.

Thursday night I had the opportunity to spent time with a fellow believer at dinner and hear about the American church.  It seems there are many ‘spiritually sick’ churches that have lost their faith and victory in serving the Almighty God Yahweh.  We talked for over three hours that night at that restaurant.  I heard many stories about how God was using his church to reach and help people that had been on drugs or kidnapped.  That church helped people get free and get to know Jesus. The stories of how God was using his church in Arizona to get people free was wonderful.  Many awesome miracles in many peoples lives.  I am looking forward to sharing with you.

It reminded me that we can’t wait for people to come to our church, we have to get out and meet people where they are. Of course we can’t really go into bars and expect to lead intoxicated people normally, but we can certainly share Jesus daily with neighbors, people at the supermarkets, those we meet as we go on our ways, at school and on breaks at our work places even.  We are Yashua’s hands and feet.

I am very much looking forward to being with you the Victory family.  I know God has great plans for us as a church, but also as individuals as we step out and share the love of Yashua (Jesus) to the people around us.  We are going to change our nation.

I will be getting on the airplane in a few hours and am excited to see you all.  Thank you for being faithful to fellowship at church (Hebrews 10:27)!

Lovingly,
Pastor
Spencer
